Con el objetivo de fomentar la revitalización de las lenguas indígenas de tres estados del país, mediante procesos comunitarios y participativos, la Secretaría de Cultura del Gobierno de México, a través del Instituto Nacional de Lenguas Indígenas (Inali) y la Coordinación Nacional de Desarrollo Cultural Infantil (CNDCI), Alas y Raíces, dio inició al taller de formación de promotores culturales, en el marco de la Estrategia de Atención a las Lenguas Indígenas Nacionales en Alto Riesgo de Desaparición, implementada por la dependencia federal.
