I’m thrilled to be here with you today, at my first international event as the Chair of the International Federation of Arts Councils and Culture Agencies (IFACCA). It’s wonderful to be back in Buenos Aires, in the southern part of the Americas. I have many close colleagues in this part of the world—and I look forward to forging many new relationships here at the Summit.
