National and affiliate members of IFACCA from China, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, South Korea, Mongolia, Macau SAR and Hong Kong SAR, and members-to-be from Malaysia and Indonesia met in Hong Kong on 16-17 February to formalise the creation of a constitution for the Asian Chapter of the Federation and discuss projects of common interest. Hosted by the HK Arts Development Council, the meeting also provided delegates with the chance to attend the HK Arts Festival, visit cultural organisations and meet local artists and officials.
