National Institute for Cultural Research and Training (INCFC), under the Ministry of Culture, launched the "Cultural Consumption Barometer 2014 ', the most important statistical analysis of the cultural sector in Romania. The event was held Monday, March 16, 2015, in the foyer of the Aula Ministry of Culture and marked the official inauguration of the Institute. The event was attended by Minister of Culture, Ionut Vulpescu, Conf. Univ. dr. Dumitru Borţun, Univ. dr. Vintilă Mihailescu and Acad. Razvan Theodorescu.
