From 1 January 2017, the Arts Council will lead a new Nordic project to deal with cultural life role in the integration and inclusion of refugees and new Northerners. The project will run over three years and is part of Norway's main priorities in connection with the Presidency of the Nordic Council of Ministers. The main priority areas was presented by Culture Minister Linda Hofstad Helleland at Nordic Culture meeting in Copenhagen on 2 November.
