New Creative Europe initiative for the mobility of artists and culture professionals

This call for tenders aims to define and test a cross-border mobility scheme tailored for artists and culture professionals. The initiative paves the way for the full implementation of such a mobility scheme after 2020 within the proposed future Creative Europe Programme.
