This report has three main roles. It is commissioned by the British Council in partnership with Serviço Brasileiro de Apoio às Micro e Pequenas Empresas (SEBRAE) as part of the Newton Professional Development and Engagement Programme in Brazil. The focus in Brazil is on supporting creative entrepreneurs and developing the mechanisms that encourage a more diverse, inclusive and confident Creative Economy.
