MEC and Culture join efforts for the implementation of the National Reading Plan

National Secretary of Culture, Presidency of the Republic, Paraguay,

With the objective of working on the project "Strengthening the Implementation of the National Reading Plan", the Minister of the National Secretariat of Culture (SNC), Rubén Capdevila, participated in a working meeting with the Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Sciences (MEC), Celeste Mancuello; and the Vice Minister of Worship, Fernando Griffith.
