In a study project conducted by the Ministry of Education and Culture in 2017–2018, the Digital Public Relations of Cultural Institutions charted the interaction between cultural institutions and audiences in digital environments. The aim of the study was to gather information on current practices and challenges of cultural institutions, to increase the debate on digital public relations and cooperation between cultural institutions, and to provide guidelines for future development needs.
