On Friday, 13 September 2019, a working session was held under the supervision of the Minister of Cultural Affairs, Mohamed Zein El Abidin, to review the details of the distribution of the draft budget, issued by a decision of the Prime Minister, which was raised to 1% of the state budget for the year 2020.
