Note on the transfer of the Special Secretariat of Culture

Culture in Brazil, in recent years, has gone through an extensive agenda, permeated by many controversies. By common agreement, the federal government decided to transfer the Special Secretariat of Culture from the Ministry of Citizenship to the Ministry of Tourism.
