Today, January 16, Minister of Culture Tõnis Lukas presented to the government the source document "Basic Principles of Cultural Policy until 2020" or "Culture 2020" report on meeting the 2019 goals. The Minister of Culture will give an annual speech on cultural policy in the Riigikogu on Wednesday, January 29.
