On March 20, 2020, the Federal Council decided on a comprehensive package of measures to cushion the economic consequences of the spread of the corona virus (see linked media release by the Federal Council: https://www.admin.ch/gov/de/start/dokumentation/medienmitteilungen.msg- id-78515.html). The aim of the measures taken is to support the industries concerned if necessary or to cushion the economic consequences of the official requirements to combat the further spread of COVID-19 for the companies and employees concerned.
