Through its factories, its restoration workshops and its mission of furnishing state services, the Mobilier national, created by Colbert under the reign of Louis XIV, is an essential player in the ecosystem of crafts and artistic careers. As part of a support plan for the artistic and design professions, it is now taking its full share, as the Minister of Culture wished, in a series of actions for the benefit of the sector whole.
