Arts Council Norway will map the cultural sector's work with diversity and develop questions that can be used by both the Arts Council and the sector to obtain data on diversity over time. 

The first step is to conduct a survey among over 500 art and cultural institutions about how they work with diversity in programs, personnel and audiences.

This week, the Cultural Council is sending out a short, digital survey to over 500 small and large art and cultural institutions across the country that have received operating grants for music, literature, performing arts, visual arts or museums. In it, we ask, among other things, what goals, measures and results the institutions have for diversity, and how they understand the concept in their own organization.
