Stronger Back is a report on the reconstruction of the cultural sector in Norway. It clearly shows the crisis that cultural life has been through as a consequence of the pandemic and makes concrete suggestions on how to rebuild.

This report is the sixth and final in a number of sub-reports from the Arts Council Norway and the Norwegian Film Institute (NFI), and constitutes the total delivery to the Ministry of Culture and Equality. The mission has been to map and analyse the pandemic's consequences for the cultural sector, as well as to identify the possible measures and instruments that may help to build up and strengthen the cultural sector in the time to come.
