The Minister of Cultural Affairs, Dr. Hayat Kattat Al-Qarmazi, has authorised the reopening of the National School of Circus Arts, which was established in the mid-1990s at the National Theatre and later closed.

The authorisation was made during a working session devoted to exploring the challenges facing dramatic and recreational centres, including attracting young people.
