Culturopolis is an international event on cultural rights - how they are defined and mechanisms to guarantee them - taking place from 16 to 19 November 2022.  It is co-organised by the Barcelona City Council and Culture Action Europe, with the collaboration of UCLG-United Cities and Local Governments.

There are two open calls for projects and papers, open until 15 July 2022.
