Canadian Heritage, in collaboration with the Canada Council for the Arts, Telefilm Canada, and the Canada Media Fund, developed a survey to determine whether the Emergency Support Fund for Cultural, Heritage and Sport Organizations (ESF) achieved its main objectives and inform next steps in supporting these sectors going forward.
