The Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec (CALQ) and the Conseil des arts de Montréal (CAM), in collaboration with Culture Montréal, are launching today, on the eve of Earth Day, a first call for projects under the Production, Dissemination, Promotion and Eco-Responsible Consolidation component of the Territorial Partnership Program in connection with the Island of Montreal community. , aiming to support projects with eco-responsible practices and involving partnership initiatives.
Amongst its objectives are to encourage professional arts organisations to adopt eco-responsible practices and to encourage professional arts organisations to engage in their communities and raise awareness of environmental and social issues among their audiences.
