What are the needs on the mobility of people in the Indian Ocean? - Short survey (arts and cultural sector)

Within the framework of the regional project for the development of cultural and creative industries (CCI) in Indian Ocean (financed by the French Development Agency and implemented by the Indian Ocean Commission, in collaboration with Hydea, Lalanbik and OCPA), it has been decided to set up a mobility fund for artists and operators in the region until 2026. An initial test phase will be based on a needs analysis, a test period for the fund and an evaluation. Deadline 30 June 2023.
