The Minister of Youth, Gender, Sport and Culture Minister Tumiso Rakgare, has said that opportunities are abundant in the creative and cultural sector value chain.
Minister Rakgare was speaking during the celebration of Batlokwa Culture and Heritage at the 5th annual Mafifatswana Cultural Festival held over the weekend at the Batlokwa VDC grounds at Tlokweng. The event was celebrated under the theme “My Culture, My Pride: Journey to 2025.”
