Beyond the Obvious 2024 is happening in Malmö, Sweden between May 29 and June 1 2024.

After “Beyond the Obvious: Handle with Care | Culture for Social Well-being” which examined the concept of care from various perspectives in Elefsina, Greece, the 2024 edition of Culture Action Europe’s Beyond the Obvious will address questions on how to rethink the future of cities as places for collective living with culture as the guiding principle. The Malmö gathering will also question how the European cultural sector can propose new narratives and images for sustainable futures.
